  • EuroPallethub is owned and operated by Mitchell's of Mansfield Ltd.
  • Privacy Policy: We do not store credit cards details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
  • Delivery Policy: EuroPallethub is currently using the Fortec & Palletways networks.
  • Refund /Cancelation Policy: The following applies
    • Refunds will take place within 24 hours.
    • Cancelations made before collection will receive full refund.
    • Cancelations made after collection attempt will incur a failed collection charge of £15. The remainder of the full price paid will be refunded.
  • Delivery Policy: EuroPallethub is currently using the Fortec & Palletways networks.

  • Inline with Credit card code and to avoid fraud we can only deliver to the specified address on the order, unless we have written confirmation of an address change.
  • Additional Charges: Additional charges will be payable in the following occurs.
    • Failed collection: If we arrive to make a collection and no one is in, our the item is not suitably palletised and packaged and we are unable to collect. £15
    • Failed Delivery: If we arrive at a delivery address and no one is in or due to a lack of clear delivery instructions we are unable to deliver a redelivery charge will be made this will be £10 per pallet.
    • Incorrect pallet declaration: If you enter your pallet as either a qtr or a half or a full as per our pallet dimensions and it is found either on collection or delivery to be out of gauge for the declared size an additional charge will be made to the value of bringing the pallet into gauge.
    • In all these incidents these additional charges must be paid before the item can be collected/delivered. Prompt payment of additional charges will stop any delay to your delivery.
  • MAXIMUM WEIGHT for TAILILIFT DELIVERY IS 1000KG and for collection 1000KG
